Services

The places an operation comes apart.

Each service is a place we analyze, review, and align products and processes, so the flow is smoother without adding headcount. Most engagements use more than one, because a split in one place is usually visible in another.

  1. 01

    Operating picture

One view of the work in flight: what is open, who has it, and which commitment is at risk. Leadership and the floor read the same picture.

You will know this is the gap when the Monday meeting and the floor describe different jobs. The picture is not a new dashboard for its own sake. It is the smallest view both sides can use to see the same commitment.

    Ownership

A name on every duty that can stall the week, including the handoffs that currently belong to no one. Decisions that sit between groups get an owner.

You will know this is the gap when a ticket, a control, or a vendor sits “with the team” and no person can change it. Ownership is a name that can be called, including for access reviews and for the evidence an audit will ask to see.

    Cadence

The meetings, reviews, and escalations that run the week, reduced to the ones that change the work. A calendar full of updates is not a cadence.

You will know this is the gap when the week is full and the stalled job is still stalled. A cadence has a decision in it. Status meetings that cannot change the work come off the calendar.

    Systems

The tools, access, and records that must agree, including the software already in use and what it costs. AI is aligned to steps people already do, so it smooths the flow without a team hired to watch it. Compliance evidence, including SOC 2 and PCI, has to match those records. We join what the operation already uses. A replacement is recommended only when the current record cannot carry the work.

    Sites

The same standard at every location that does the work, with room for what is truly local. A second site does not get to invent a second operation.

You will know this is the gap when a second site, a second brand, or a company just acquired runs its own access and its own week. Local exceptions are written down. Everything else is the same operation.

    Transition

After a merger, an acquisition, a leadership change, or a platform cutover, the operation needs one way of working, one set of access, and controls that match the work, before the old ways harden into two companies again.

You will know this is the gap when two login paths, two approval chains, or two evidence folders are still in use months after the change. Transition work joins them before the old way becomes the way the floor trusts.
